OEM & Private Label · Laundry Storage · Tianjin, China
Built around a household’s weekly wash rather than a single person’s. The stiff felt wall stays open while you load it, and the whole basket collapses once the laundry is in the machine.
01 — WHY IT SELLS
Laundry storage is sized by the household, not the person. A basket that fills in two days is a basket that ends up with clothes piled beside it.
65 cm of height means a family’s weekly wash fits without a second basket. That single number is the reason buyers upgrade from a small bin.
The felt wall holds a round mouth without a frame, so a full armful can be dropped in one-handed — the failure mode of every floppy fabric hamper.
Strap handles riveted through the body at both ends, not stitched on the surface. A full 8 kg load is carried by the panel, not by a seam line.
Empty, it collapses flat — into a cupboard, behind a door, or into a suitcase for a house move. Rigid plastic hampers cannot do that.
02 — MATERIAL & CONSTRUCTION
A laundry hamper fails at exactly two points: where the handle meets the body, and where the side seam runs. Both are shown here at macro scale, because both are where cheaper baskets give up.
03 — THE PRODUCT
Hover to lift the frame, click to open the full-resolution file. Three settings, one product — enough to show a buyer it works beyond a utility room.
04 — FOLD, PRINT & OEM
The body has no board or hoop, so it collapses along the side seam and stores flat. For export that is the difference between a carton holding 10 units and a carton holding 30.
The stripe band is printed to your artwork, with a logo roundel below it — exactly the layout used on this page. It is the cheapest way to turn a commodity hamper into a hotel, spa or retail brand item.
05 — SPECIFICATIONS
Capacity is calculated from the stated diameter and height (πr²h); felt thickness and print registration are confirmed on the approved sample.

06 — WHERE IT GOES
A 65 cm hamper reads as furniture rather than utility, which is why it sells into rooms where a plastic bin would never be allowed.
Corner placement beside a wardrobe; the tall body hides a full week of washing.
Low enough for a child to drop clothes in, tall enough to hold a week of them.
Doubles as blanket or cushion storage when the room is not in use.
Sits beside the machine; folds away when the surface is needed.
Printed to the property’s brand and used as an in-room laundry bag.
Folds flat for moving between flats — the reason it outsells rigid hampers online.
07 — COMPLIANCE & FACTORY
Certificates and third-party audit reports are supplied with quotations on request. The team photographs are our own production and sales staff — the factory you would visit is the one that quotes you.
08 — QUESTIONS
Yes. The felt is stiff enough to hold a round mouth without a hoop or frame, which is what lets a full armful be dropped in one-handed. It softens with repeated folding but recovers when opened.
Approximately 80 litres by calculation from those dimensions — a family’s weekly wash, or roughly three to four standard machine loads. We quote the calculation rather than an unverified “capacity” figure.
Yes. Each strap end is fixed with brass rivets through two layers of felt, so the load is carried by the panel rather than a single seam. The straps are the part we would expect to fail last.
Yes — that is the standard decoration for this model. A stripe band with the brand name, plus a logo roundel below it, in one or two colours. Send vector artwork and we will quote the screen or transfer setup.
It collapses along the side seam to a flat bundle. In practice that means a carton holds roughly three times the units of a rigid hamper of the same capacity, which is the main freight argument for this model.
Yes. Body and stripe are chosen from the 56-shade felt range shown on this page, or matched to a Pantone reference. Black with a white stripe is the stock standard.
500 pieces per colourway is the standard minimum. A smaller trial run can be discussed for a first order so you can test the shelf before committing to a full programme.
Wipe the inside with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry fully before folding. Do not machine wash — the felt body and the printed band are not designed for a drum.
We will return unit pricing, a print proof layout for the band, and a flat-pack carton plan. Trade buyers receive a free sample before the first production run.
