In 2011, City Market renovated the arcade beneath the historic Daughters of the Confederacy building at the intersection of Market and Meeting Streets.
The result was a wonderful indoor market with 20 stalls. This part of the city market was restored and called “The Hall”.
The three open sheds are equally attractive, with fans mounted on the ceiling for cooling and plenty of space between the two rows of stalls along each wall.

The Day Market at City Market is open every day of the week, even on Sundays, from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
From March to December, you can visit the night market every Friday and Saturday evening. In summer, it is also open on the third Thursday of June, July and August.
