sewn and checked in house.

The felt works sits in Hebei with two production lines and more than fifty people on the
floor. BSCI is audited every year and passed again this year; the felt itself carries SGS
testing, and a QC team checks the pouches before they are packed.

Will it fit my phone?

It fits most smartphones up to 6.2 inches. If you are supplying a market with a specific handset, send the dimensions and the pouch is cut to that measurement — size is a custom field, not a fixed one.

Can I have a sample first?

Yes. Samples are free for the plain felt pouch — you cover the freight. If you need your logo on it, there is a small mould fee, which is refunded once your order reaches USD 6,000.

Can I start with a small trial order?

Yes — 1,000 to 2,000 pieces is accepted as a trial order, and it is the way most customers begin.

Is the lanyard included?

The carabiner and the neck lanyard are included, and the lanyard is fitted with a safety breakaway as standard.

Why felt rather than leather or silicone?

Felt cushions the phone against bumps and keeps the screen away from keys, without the weight or the price of leather. It is also the reason a pouch this simple still feels like a product rather than an accessory.
