reference before the run.

A flap and one snap.
Nothing else to break.

The envelope flap folds over the opening and a single snap holds it. No zip tape to jam, no
metal teeth against the screen — and the same snap is used on the leather-strap version shown
on the right.

We are a manufacturing and trading company, not a broker: felt has been produced at our works
in Hebei since 1983, and the sleeves are cut and stitched on the same site. Small trial orders
are accepted, because that is how most customers start.

Can it be made to fit my device?

Yes — size is made to order, so the same sleeve is produced for a small tablet or a compact laptop. Send the external dimensions of the device and we work from a drawing.

Is the felt washable?

Yes. The sleeve can be washed and dried flat without losing its surface, which matters most on the pale grey version.

Can I order a small quantity to test?

Small orders are acceptable — most buyers start with a sample or a short run before committing to a container.

Can I have a free sample?

Yes. We make a drawing from your design first, then a free sample. Mould and shipping fees are not included.

How long do samples and production take?

Samples are finished in 3–5 days. Mass production takes 7–15 days for MOQ quantity, counted from approval.

Can the colour be customised?

Yes. Light grey and charcoal are held in stock; any other shade is dyed to your reference and confirmed on a sample before the bulk run.
