Mia is a big fan of drinking hot water with lemon, claiming it helps her fight irritable bowel syndrome. “IBS drink. Hot water with lemon,” she wrote on one of her Instagram stories. She also makes sure to stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water.
Mia continues to exercise. She is very passionate about home fitness and has shared a series of fitness videos on Instagram Stories. Her workout includes planks, squats, jumping jacks, lunges, and various crunches.
While Mia isn’t a strict vegan, she does try to stick to a plant-based diet. “I’m cutting down on meat for the environment,” she wrote in an Instagram Q&A. “I’ll be dedicating certain weeks/days of the week to not eating meat.”
Mia also stays in shape by leading an active lifestyle. One of her favorite sports? Skiing. “Snow,” she captioned a photo of herself showing off her skiing skills on the slopes. She also enjoys swimming, hiking, and walking
Mia also loves yoga. “In case you haven’t seen my stories…,” she captioned an Instagram post of herself striking a yoga pose. Harvard Health explains that there are plenty of reasons to practice yoga. “Researchers found that people who did yoga for at least 30 minutes a week for at least four years gained less weight in middle age,” they said. “Overweight people actually lost weight. Overall, people who did yoga had a lower body mass index (BMI) than those who didn’t do yoga. The researchers attribute this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
