Continuing the brand’s sustainability efforts, Virgil Abloh has designed a range of eco-friendly bags for Louis Vuitton’s Fall/Winter 2021 collection.
The Keepall, Keepall XS, and Soft Trunk are made from an innovative fabric made from 43% certified organic cotton and 20% recycled wool. The jacquard fabric has a fluffy texture and features the signature LV Monogram pattern with lurex. The interior of each bag is made from 100% recycled polyester, while the chain and corners are made from 70% recycled plastic. The bag’s straps and handles are made from Leather Working Group (LWG)-certified leather. As shown on the Fall/Winter 2021 runway, Felt Line is also introducing a long coat.
Take a look at the design above. The Felt Line also reflects LV’s sustainability policy, which aims to be completely eco-friendly by 2025. The series will be released on July 16.
